MY REVIEW: The Face Shop Rice Water Bright Cleansing Foam

The Rice Water Bright Cleansing Foam from The Face Shop is a personal favourite for me.

rice water bright cleansing foam face shop review

How it works:

Take a dab of the Rice Water Bright Cleanser in your hands and lather it up with water. Massage it all over your face and wash with water.

I love the creamy texture of this cleanser! It is a really lovely, soft paste that spreads as smooth as buttercream all over your face! When it touches water, it thickens up into a nice whipped cream texture which I really like!

The Rice Water Bright Cleansing Foam has a very light fragrance. I'm not one for heavy fragrances when it comes to cleansers so I was glad that this wasn't  overpowering at all. I'm not sure if it smells like rice water but it does have a sweet smell that is wonderful to smell whilst you are cleansing.

I think the simple pink packaging is cute and pretty. It keeps the focus on the actual product itself without all the distractions.

I've used a lot of foam cleansers over the years. And I'd say that the Rice Water Bright Cleansing Foam by The Face Shop is definitely one of my top cleansers. This really worked well for me because it really gentle on the skin and cleanses well. I like that it doesn't dry out my skin. It feels really soft, smooth and hydrated after a cleanse.

The price is good, costing £9.10. It's also a good size too so it could last me 6 months.

What I love most:

The whipped creamy texture and smell are my favourite features of it.

What I'm not crazy about:

Nothing. Can't fault it!

I love this cleanser because I can feel that it's really cleaning my skin after a long day! I do use other skin care products before this cleanser like miceller water but I really like using this cleanser as my next step to removing all traces of makeup.

Love Em x
